We have tried to make ordering as easy as possible. Just click on the item(s) you wish to purchase, go through check out, and pay as you would with any other online store. If you would prefer to pay with a check, please choose 'Offline Payment' when checking out and then forward a check to your preferred Troop 195 scout.

Not a problem! If you'd rather pay by cash, check, or alternate form of payment, proceed through ordering as normal, and then opt for 'Alternate/ Offline Payment' at checkout. We will receive notification that you will be sending or dropping off cash or a check, or opting to use the Zelle, Venmo, or Cash app. PLEASE NOTE: Your order will not be finalized until payment is received. All sales are pre-pay.

Orders must be in to our supplier by April 5th, so online ordering will be available until 11:59pm (CT) on April 3rd in order for us to pull together our master order.

Pickup of all orders will be at the Santa Maria Parish Center - 118 N. Lincoln Ave. in Mundelein (corner of Division St. and Lincoln Ave.). Our supplier has told us that all orders will ship between May 11 and May 22nd. We have requested a date of Thursday, May 14th or Friday, May 15th, but will not know until about a week before delivery. Pickup will be in the afternoon of either date. Please be sure to leave a phone number with your order to call once the final delivery information is forwarded to us.
